We arrived late at night and we were promptly welcomed by Sam. He asked us about our plans and worried about the fact we hadn't book any tickets in advance ( glass bridge, forest park and tiamen mountain). Even though it was almost midnight he called someone on phone and arranged everything to us. He even gave us his WeChat contact and helped us many times. We are very grateful and it was a great Trip.

Xiao Wang in the hotel was very helpful to meet us at the airport when we arrived late at night. He also got a private English speaking guide, Lily for us for the next 2 days. We really enjoyed out time at Zhangjiajie.

Nice hotel that got everything we needed. at the beginning it was a bit hard to find the hotel.

Perfect location along Main Street Large tourist hotel

This was a three star hotel at best. We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. We stayed at this hotel for three nights, but they constantly tried to check our health codes at the front door. It was rude and unprofessional. The doors for each room are thick and provide good sound insulation, but they make a lot of noise in the hall when they slam shut. There were roosters outside that crowed early in the mornings. As early as 4:30 am! It really disrupted our sleep. It was ridiculous. The beds were not comfortable, they were very hard. I understand though that some people may prefer a stiff mattress. The breakfast was okay and there was a good variety. The hotel was clean. The cleaning staff were very professional and did a great job making up our rooms. The location was good, about a 17 minute walk to the Wulingyuan gate entrance. There are restaurants just outside the hotel, it is a convenient location. In summary, I think this is an average hotel but cannot recommend it.

it's old but clean, breakfast is lacking but has the basics, close to the park entrance about 15 min walk, has a local hospital by taxi to get the covid test from 8 to 5

The hotel is in a great location, not far from the East Gate and the bus station, and there are many restaurants around. The room is big and the hot water is plenty. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old, but the price is very cost-effective

Because it rained, we stayed in the Zhangjiajie Forest Park for a total of four nights. We stayed in a B&B very close to the East Gate for the first two nights, and chose a hotel for the last two nights. The hotel room is quite large, and we were given a room in Area B. The balcony overlooks the mountains shrouded in clouds in the distance, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. Although it is a little farther from the East Gate than the B&B, it is not bad, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk there. The hotel seems to receive many Korean, ********* and Hong Kong groups, and there are Korean signs everywhere. There is also a Korean barbecue at the door. The only drawback is that there are no tables and chairs in the room, and there is no place for children to do their winter vacation homework... In short, the price-performance ratio is very good. Don't stay in a B&B if you can stay in a hotel.

I don't know why it is designed like this; There are many lights and switches in the room, but there is no master control, so you have to turn them off one by one before going to bed; The sound insulation is extremely poor, and the footsteps and voices in the corridor and the opening and closing of the doors of nearby rooms can be heard clearly; When checking in at the front desk, I heard a loud buzzing sound, and I could still hear it clearly in the room. I am sure it is not from the room. I don't know where the sound comes from. If it is not too tiring to climb the mountain, it will definitely affect my sleep; In short, a hotel is not high-end just because the room is large and the decoration is good, but it must keep up in all aspects.

The room layout is good, the front desk is also very friendly, parking is convenient, the breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the service center is also very warm and alert. The disposable razors and nail clippers we needed were delivered to us, which was very good.

The location is very good, close to the scenic area, there is a free parking garage, and the street is outside the hotel, which is very convenient for eating. There are many Koreans staying in the hotel. There are no slippers in the room, but fortunately I brought them with me. Korean breakfast with Korean kimchi.

The transportation around the hotel is convenient. The hotel rooms are also very luxurious and comfortable.

The environment is good, the room is clean, and it is convenient to eat nearby.
