Need to check in/out through the lady on iPad. Rooms are small. Cleaning service is once a week only. Location is quite convenient to MRT. Got share kitchen, washing and drying machine.

It’s strategically located , has sufficient cleanliness to ensure pleasant stay,great privacy and excellent pricing vis vis rest.. be careful to choose type of room as they overlap yet not same.. Otherwise great in a city like Singapore ..perfect singly allmost good for two...

There were no person/receptionist in the hotel, like literally there were no person take care of the place, reservation only by online (talking to the person in charge by using zoom), so i feel not really safe and cautious all the time. The room is so damp, which makes the floor feels nasty and uncomfortable to step on bcs the floor is watery. Tissue toilet is already yellowish and not a brand new tissue. The pillow case is smelly and seems like the bed isn’t that clean (still got dust and a bit dirt, and a strand of hair is detected). Wasn’t that good experience tho.

Self check in and out it felt like living in a block of flat

Checking in via video is a bit troublesome, and there is no customer service on site. Opposite the hotel is Old Chang Kee. It is a distance to the lively Little India.

Bad is bad

Fully self-service check-in is not very friendly to those who are not familiar with smart devices, first-time tourists, and people with poor English.

Completely self-service check-in/check-out, but there was a problem with the iPad system. As a result, the check-out deposit was not refunded immediately and was directly deducted from the bank card, resulting in an overcharge. The hotel did not proactively inform me. I checked the bank app on my own and found out that it had been charged. The money was deducted and the handling attitude was negative. I communicated with the platform several times before handling it. I was told that the refund would take a month and no proof of refund was provided.

Everything is good, very clean, the hotel is self-service type, it is very convenient to check in, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The price is also very affordable. There is no better hotel than this one at the same price

The hotel had a hard time confirming my reservation and I couldn't even contact them. The floor and bathroom were sticky. I had my shoes on the floor, and by the time I washed my body in the bathroom and went back to bed, the soles of my feet were sticky. Other desks were also sticky, and there was someone's drink in the refrigerator. There were stains on the futon and walls, and there were no windows so there was no ventilation, so the air was bad and moldy. When I checked in, there was no toilet paper, and it didn't seem like the room had been cleaned at all during my two-day stay, but an hour before check-out, a chime rang to ask for toilet paper. Even though I told them I had enough, they checked, but I thought it was strange and was afraid to open the door, wondering if they had other intentions...

Except for the location and the price, everything else is bad. There is no basic facilities.

For the price, it's very close to Exit A of Riddle India Station. It was nice to be able to stay quietly as it was close to the subway. It's also nice that there is a cooking space and a laundry room on the 5th floor. It's unfortunate that they don't clean it for a week and that you have to ask the cleaner to replace towels, but considering the price, it's not a big problem.

The location of the hotel is very close to Little India and MRT station

The room is clean, everything is there. The iron didn’t work when I get there but they’re soon to replace it. Water doesn’t get hot right away but it’s okay. The tech support is quite amazing actually. I definitely will comeback in the future . Overall 9/10.
