The staffs at check-in were extremely helpful and responsive. Fantastic breakfast and services at the restaurant too! Location is perfect. This is among the best hotel I have stayed in NYC!

Nice location. The room is a bit dark and small but is clean.

The room was small and dark. There were no slippers, and I called several times before they were delivered.

Very satisfied in all aspects

The hotel is very clean, but small. The well room faces the office building, and the Empire State Building can be seen from the top floor. The view is excellent, but it was outsourced by the hotel. The service attitude at the front desk is also very average, but although the hotel is small and well-equipped, there is a printer at the front desk. The location is excellent and relatively safe. Nothing strange happened during my 2 days stay 😂

The location is okay, the price will fluctuate a lot, but the terrace view is okay, not as big as expected, you can see the Empire State Building, the room is clean, and the sound insulation is okay

Convenient location, clean facilities

Not bad. The service is attentive and considerate. It's in the city center. It's convenient to go anywhere. There are many places to eat nowadays.
