Very good accommodation and great location to arrive/leave from the west railway station. Very nice and arranging guests

The family Is nice but the place not that good. The matress is extremelly hard like a rock. They didn't provide soap and big towels (We have paid much less in another places and received better service). The rooms are on the third floor and there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage or very heavy luggage, I would not choose this place to stay. Also 2 of the attractions and the city center are very far from here, so the location is not the best.

My friends and I loved this place. The hotel is run by a local family who was extremely helpful and friendly with us. They even drove us back to the train station on the day we left. This is the ideal place for those wanting to immerse themselves in the most authentic Chinese culture. There are a few restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby, and you can take a bus to Zhangjiajie city from here. Thanks again for the hospitality!

The accommodation is clean and the room is very spacious. It can comfortably accommodate 3 people with plenty of space. It is close to the train station, 5 minutes away. The owner is very kind. We forgot our watch and he found it for us and brought it to us at the train station just in time. Thank you very much. Please stay here a lot.

I booked a B&B in advance for my May Day trip and had a great experience! The boss was super nice. He contacted us in advance and picked us up at the high-speed rail station to take us to the B&B. The room was very clean and tidy, and I was particularly surprised when I opened the large floor-to-ceiling windows. After a rain, the air was filled with the fragrance of plants, and it was very comfortable to sit in front of the window. The hot water in the shower is very hot and the shower is very comfortable. Also, the internet speed here is very fast, hahaha, that’s great. I had a great time traveling for two days and saw the wonderland-like scenery. There are delicious food near the B&B (Sanxiaguo is delicious) and public transportation (No. 6 goes directly to Tianmen Mountain). It is also very close to the West Railway Station, which is very convenient. Since we were delayed in queuing when we came back from the scenic spot, the boss also helped us deliver our luggage to the station and waited for us at the station. Thank you very much. Difficult to find. The hotel looks like it is inside a family home. The idea was to walk from the train station but it is impossible, you have to go by car. The bathroom was dirty before and there were no big towels for the shower.

The room was very clean, and it was very quiet when sleeping at night. The hotel is very good, and the services in all aspects are attentive and thoughtful. It is suitable for staying. I couldn't get a taxi when I left, and the boss even drove me to the high-speed rail station. It was great!
