這次入住體驗真的讓我非常驚喜和感動！入住前就收到了貴酒店Leo齊經理主動添加的微信。他非常熱情地為我安排了房型升級，以及介紹酒店各項設施和服務。 還有感謝Erin小姐姐送來的凍檸茶！非常好喝！ 細節決定體驗，這次入住絕對滿分推薦！下次一定會再次選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友！

給公司出差預訂的，整體印象挺好的一家新萬豪。
優點：
1. 設施新：酒店很新，所以一切設施都很乾凈現代。房間佈局合理，床品舒服，淋浴水壓足，這對出差一天的人來説太重要了。
2. 服務響應快：入住時黃玉蘋經理接待的，check in全程很流暢快速，説需要多送幾瓶水，沒多久也就送到了，沒拖拉。
3.早餐合格：種類該有的都有，麪條檔口味道不錯，服務員收盤及時。
可優化的點：
· 地理位置對遊客不算友好，周邊比較冷清，想吃個本地夜宵得打車。
· 大堂吧晚上人有點少，沒什麼氣氛。
總結：是一次平穩且超出標準線的入住體驗。沒什麼硬傷，服務上的小細節做得不錯，讓人願意下次再來。商務出行的可靠選擇。

來張家港出差住的，酒店比較新，設施都還行，符合萬豪的標準水平。地點對於我來説還算方便。
主要想表揚一下值班經理黃玉蘋。我因為預授權的問題在前台多耽誤了一會兒，正好黃經理過來，很快幫我搞定了，處理得很利索，態度也很耐心，沒有那種官方的敷衍感。
第二天早上大堂又碰到她，她居然還記得我，點頭打了個招呼，問了下入住是否順利。這種細節讓人感覺挺好的，不是那種冷冰冰的酒店。
缺點不是沒有，比如酒店周邊吃的選擇不算多，晚上想找個商超得走一段路。但總的來説，入住體驗是滿意的，特別是人的服務，加分。下次來應該還會選擇這裏。
