酒店位於沙湖邊，景觀不錯。在房間陽台可以看湖景，落日很美。
酒店地面地下都可以停車，自駕停車方便免費。辦理入住登記了車牌號，第一次開車離開酒店顯示收費，又到前台登記了一次。
酒店房間基本設施不錯，衞生間有浴缸和淋浴房。但房間沒有USB插口。
酒店服務不錯。大堂前台工作人員服務熱情。
早餐點心的品種口感還有待提升，煮的餛飩比較硬，餐廳部分餐食在取完的情況下補充不及時，比如青菜、酸奶，有的提示了工作人員也沒有及時補充。我們在咖啡機接的咖啡顏色味道很淡，應該也是沒有及時補充咖啡粉吧。
各層電梯擺放有自取的瓶裝水。入住離店有贈送果盤和伴手禮。

酒店應該是老的，但設施設備都保養的挺好，衞生情況也不錯，酒店工作人員服務標準也挺高的，不錯，有機會來張家港還會住這裏。

Environment: Beautiful environment by the lake!
Facilities: Complete facilities, high ceiling, not oppressive. It would be better if the bathroom door was changed to a single door, the double door is too narrow and inconvenient to open and close.
It would be better if there were more dishes for breakfast!
