説真的，一般都是默認好評，也知道你們前台也不容易，一天忙到晚，還有任務在身。但是你們這次的確是觸碰到了我的底線，可能你們覺得你們酒店集團產業大，也產業多，對於顧客的服務是很無所謂的態度。房間裏本來設施就很舊，還和我説平台的免費升級沒用，又讓我去那邊的破舊設施的房型。試問這樣升級的不是欺騙消費者嗎？去了一趟房間後，然後沒有辦法，我又出來説我要重新升級。結果擺着一副什麼臉啊……沒有辦法，大半夜的，又給你們付款了重新升級的房費差額。平台的升級毫無作用………你但凡説句假話説房型滿了，我也理解。但你們這樣赤裸裸的欺辱我們顧客。實在忍不下去。下面我附帶了圖片，但打了馬賽克。你們內部人員肯定也知道。自己加強培訓吧。還有一個估計是什麼領班，直接捂嘴笑。是懷疑我補不起你們的差額，還是如何？然後覺得不好意思，直接轉身背對着我………
