服務人員態度都是很熱情的。這點要點贊。停車場很大，停車也免費很好。
本來就是衝著旁邊的學校比賽去的，價格比平時貴一點我覺得沒問題，但是你服務得跟上，下面是問題。
第一，房間煙味很大，圓形的梳化床邊上還有一些被煙燒過的窟窿。而且這個梳化床邊是布藝的，肯定是不方便洗的，感覺有點臟。
第二，最讓我困擾的一點就是空調完全不給力，前台説是什麼水冷的，但其實我把手放到吹風口上，感覺就是普通風扇吹出來的風，真的不涼。知道現在是什麼時候嗎？這可是白天能到38度高温的夏天啊，空調的風不涼能怎麼辦？總不能一直泡水裡。沖完澡出來很快又覺得熱了。空調顯示的房間温度是32。第2天早上顯示的温度是30。空調的設定在20度。大家想這個空調效果怎麼樣吧
第三，住的晚上已經問過早餐是什麼情況了，結果前台沒有説，衹説第2天早上起來現給你講。去了才知道是一個現做的早點鋪，那你早告訴我，我早點去啊。我還真等到7點才過去，結果做飯的時候還不按先來後到順序，也可能是做飯的人記不住，給的飯很晚太燙基本上沒怎麼吃就去學校比賽了。
所以總體還是挺失望的。

酒店環境不怎麼樣 一開始去前台沒人 還是保潔阿姨幫忙叫的人 走廊昏暗一個走嚇人 房間衞生也不怎麼樣 一開始訂的房間牆上貼着濕的紙巾 衞生間毛巾上有很明顯的頭髮絲 洗髮露那些蓋子全都被打開了 床頭旁還有幾個莫名其妙的洞…後來雖然聯繫的前台換了一間 但是晚上我也不敢洗澡了…
