But after a few days, they suddenly changed their minds and said that the previous price didn't count. The boss stipulated that we had to place an order on the platform again! We had clearly reached a consensus, but now they unilaterally regretted it. This kind of behavior of going back on one's word completely threw the most basic integrity in the business world behind. As a consumer, it's really helpless to encounter such a situation. Not only did it waste a lot of time and energy to re-communicate, but it also disrupted the original itinerary. Doing business is all about word of mouth and credibility. Without even this little contract spirit, who would dare to choose this hotel in the future? I hope that merchants can understand that temporary interests are far less important than long-term trust, correct mistakes in a timely manner, and give consumers a reasonable explanation.

The location is pretty good. There is a school behind it, but it's not too noisy. It's very quiet at night. The bed is quite soft. It's suitable for business trips, so I decided to renew the reservation on the same day. Although it is an apartment without a front desk, the virtual front desk service works very well.

The room is clean and tidy, very warm. Although there is no front desk, it is very convenient to check in and check out.
