房間很乾凈，就是隔音效果不是太好，但是服務態度很好，還幫忙免費送了姨媽巾，很貼心，離開購物點也很近，早上走幾分鐘就可以點KFC，很方便。

酒店工作人員服務特別好，辦理入住送了礦泉水，工作人員很細心，有人指引電梯，還有人幫忙拿行李，工作人員介紹了蘇州當地的旅遊景點，還有餐廳，大廳的香氛很好聞。機器人服務很好，送物很準時。房間很乾凈，明亮。對面就是觀前街，出行很方便。阿姨還給我準備了紅糖薑茶。太暖心了，服務超級好。早餐很好吃，白粥好喝，豆漿也好喝。還有蘇州特色的赤豆元宵。我特別喜歡吃。這是一次很滿意的旅程，以後有機會要一直來！棒棒棒！

最近新開的酒店，房間温馨設備齊全也比較整潔，浴室水温穩定出水量也挺大，應該是大新鎮上頂尖的酒店了。不過酒店好像對鐘點房客户不太友好還是怎麼的，下午6點開的房，訂單明碼標價入住4小時，才8點多就打電話催退房，迷之操作？？
