非常差的體驗，我也算是益瀾的老顧客了。還能出現這種情況，我去諮詢，給我的答覆是前幾天修理水管導致的，然後説把水温調到40度就沒這水銹了。首先不説這種問題難道不應該在顧客入住之前解決嗎？ 其次遺留問題不應該在顧客辦理入住時提前告知嗎？當晚入住時太累了，簡單沖洗就睡了。今早起來才發現，是真的膈應。體驗感很差，不知道這個酒店是怎麼管理的。

房間很寬敞也乾淨，智能酒店語音就可以控制設施，還有機器人送外賣和水。前台接待很熱情也很貼心。特別讚揚酒店提供的一次性拖鞋質量特別好，我帶走一雙！！
