The hotel room has a direct view of the Matterhorn. After arriving in Zermatt, you can contact the hotel to pick you up at the train station. Otherwise, it is difficult to find the hotel entrance. It is a small alley and then a cave.
The room is large and comfortable. It would be nice if I could stay in the town for a few more days.

Very satisfied with all aspects, the service staff is enthusiastic.
The room was given foreign wine, chocolate and apples.
The only regret is the standing crane, which blocks the view and is noisy. But this is not the hotel's problem, it is said to be a construction school.
I will stay here again if I have the chance.

Excellent stay at The Omnia, Zermatt. Stayed at The Omnia for 2 nights in June 2025 and it was great in every way. The hotel is beautiful, very well located. Lovely breakfast overlooking the Alps! Very nice pool area and spa as well and outdoor spaces / terrace. But the aspect that stands out - is the very warm hospitality and wonderful service. The staff were all very nice - and the attention to detail was truly exceptional. Will be glad to go back to stay at The Omnia again.

This hotel makes an astounding impression right off the bat, as you zip into a literal cave via electric taxi, then take an elevator up about six stories to the lobby. Then, you're whisked away to a gorgeous patio to enjoy a free drink of your choice along with snacks, and when you're ready, the staff guides you to your room (where your luggage is waiting) and tells you everything you need to know -- most importantly, that the bottle of bourbon in your room is FREE and will be refilled daily. If you still need to know more after that, I dunno what to tell you. But just in case, our room was modern and lovely, with a view of a verdant mountainside and a few dozen sheep. There's a neat indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub with a Matterhorn view. The public spaces look a little bit like an MC Escher drawing (that's a compliment). Every single employee was kind and helpful. If I had a single gripe, it's that there was no shower in the room -- just a tub with a sprayer. For many foreign travelers, this might be weird, but I got used to it. Book this hotel now!

Wow--everything perfect from arrival at the train station to departure! Swiss five-star hospitality is always great, but The Omnia, exceeded even those expectations. Highly recommend! Congrats to the outstanding team that made our holiday lovely.

This was our 2nd visit to the Omnia. This property is absolutely a 5 star experience. The rooms are well appointed and the views from their patios are breathtaking. The staff deserves particular mention as they are extremely attentive and responsive to our requests. We had dinner at the restaurant and the meal was amazing. The menu consists of vegetarian offerings that can be augmented with proteins of your choice. The presentation was creative and the food was wonderful. My wife had the 5 course 'Surprise' tasting, trusting the chef to dazzle her with each plate. She was not disappointed as each dish was flawless. We highly recommend to anyone looking for an elevated stay in Zermatt.
