The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Zermatt train station. The front desk of the hotel was not enthusiastic at all. They just checked in according to the rules. The front desk arranged for us to have a room on the attic. The roof of the attic room was very low, which made people feel depressed. , the room facilities and equipment are very basic, and the breakfast is basic Western bread and some bacon.
