This hotel is absolutely amazing! It's the best B&B we've ever stayed in! The room is spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The windows on both sides offer views of the hotel garden and mountains, and the neighboring garden. My room's balcony faced the Matterhorn, allowing me to take photos of the golden sun setting over the mountain. The staff are warm and friendly, and they offer train station pickup. The toiletries are L'Occitane, and the little touches like the complimentary chocolates in the room and the complimentary fruit snacks in the lobby are heartwarming!

This was the first hotel I stayed at on my first visit to Switzerland! The staff were friendly and very kind, and the hotel was clean and beautiful - it was fantastic! The Matterhorn view room had a great view, and it was worth getting up early in the morning. The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious, so I could enjoy it every day even if I stayed multiple nights. I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Switzerland!

I had previously seen zero negative reviews for this hotel, but after my personal experience, I was completely amazed! It far exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly nice! The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. The hotel isn't large, but the rooms are spacious and clean, and you can see the Matterhorn's summit from the balcony. Lower-floor balconies are larger, and higher floors offer less obstructed views. I rarely review hotels, but I'd be remiss if I didn't give this one a rave review.

They are all very nice, but you can see some tombstones next to the church, which can actually be seen from many hotels. Since the church is in the center of Zermatt, I don't mind it too much.
