"Very sad way of working. We booked with a dog. We ended up on the 2nd floor with two steep, high flights of stairs and no elevator. Noise from the street at night. When we went for breakfast in the morning, our dog wasn't allowed to come along, not even in a corner. Clearly not dog-friendly as advertised. We asked for a refund for breakfast, but that wasn't possible. Not to mention the cracked sink in the room. 170 for the night. It's stealing."
