"This hotel was recommended by my colleague in Amsterdam office as a good place to stay when I arrived in the country because it was near our meeting the next morning. I was skeptical but the hotel turned out to be charming and the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I arrived on Valentines Day around 21:00 without having had dinner. I was informed when I checked in that the restaurant was fully booked and in any case the only option that night was a special Valentine's menu. I asked if there was any way to eat and they were able to convince the chef to serve me a one-off meal in a separate dining room so that I was able to have a meal at the end of a long day. I really appreciated how they went out of their way to find a solution for me. The hotel itself is well maintained, just as you would expect for a small hotel in the Netherlands. The rooms were clean and quiet; bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and had plenty of options."
