I had such an amazing stay at Radisson Collection The National! From check-in to check-out, the team was just incredible — so professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. You can tell they really love what they do, and it shows in every detail. The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, but honestly, it’s the people who make it unforgettable. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Huge thanks to the whole team for making my stay perfect — can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is brand new, super luxurious and comfortable, but the Stoke restaurant is overpriced and the food basic and not value for money.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is stunning, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with every comfort one could wish for. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional—delicious, varied, and of outstanding quality. After my stay, I only have words of gratitude for the heart of the hotel, the team of professionals who make you feel at home at all times (I'd love to name them all, but this review would be wonderfully long). The hotel is a spectacular space where everything is in its place (clean and perfect). To highlight some of its other virtues: the room is spacious and beautiful, the gym is top-notch, the breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, the restaurant's food is exquisite (flavor, presentation, quality...), and I can't finish without mentioning the decor of every space, as well as the nooks and crannies to explore. The natural surroundings make time stand still, and you simply enjoy it.

Een splinternieuw hotel om U tegen te zeggen. Vanaf de onthaalbalie tot het uitchecken is er een uitzonderlijk hartelijke sfeer. Het hotel straalt luxe uit maar met een warm karakter. De kamers (ook standaard) waren heel ruim en alles is aanwezig. Zalige bedden om in weg te dromen incl het zachte dekbed. Tot een steamer toe om je kledij snel netjes te maken. Wij vonden de kamers met zicht op de golf zeker de moeite waard. Wat een uitzicht! Ontbijt was super, alles wat je kan verwachten in een top hotel. Inclusief prachtige ligging met opnieuw uitzicht op het groen. Wij komen zeker terug en nemen dan ook de tijd om de wellness te ontdekken.

Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen tot het moment dat we vertrokken, was alles in dit hotel perfect. Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam – altijd met een glimlach en oog voor detail. De kamer was brandschoon, stijlvol ingericht en voorzien van alle comfort die je maar kunt wensen. Het bed sliep heerlijk en het uitzicht op de golf en de vijver was adembenemend! Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk, met een ruime keuze aan verse producten. We komen hier zeker terug!
