We flew Hainan Airlines, and our check-in counter was right there as we entered the airport hall, super, super, super convenient. "The sanitation is basically clean, the environment is simple and spacious, like the Hanting in China. There is slight dust on the small countertops such as the toilet. The environment is okay. It is next to the highway but not noisy at night. The heating is warm, and the door card and door lock have a safety function. If someone opens the door, they will call out, which is quite reassuring. In addition to the basic hotel here, there is no toothbrush and slippers: there is no mineral water (you have to go to the front desk to buy) and tea bags, coffee machines or glasses, etc. The toilet paper is very thin and easy to fall off; I didn’t use the bath towel and hair dryer, but I feel that the hair dryer is also relatively old and may be hot. The service is no problem 👌, the Indian brother at the front desk is very patient and is willing to lend you conversion plugs and so on. "The hotel is not far from Brussels Airport, less than a ten-minute drive, and offers a free airport shuttle service every 20 minutes. It features typical Crowne Plaza hotel decor; the rooms are not large, but have separate wet and dry areas and are well-equipped. The hotel staff are very friendly, some of whom speak Mandarin. They are all very patient in answering guests' questions."

"Very clean and cozy hotel apartment. Everything was great except for the fact that there was no elevator. If you have no big luggage, then you wouldn't have a problem. But if you do and you cannot carry it up the stairs, then you have a major problem. Other than that the management was very thoughtful putting everything together. One other suggestion aside from the lack of elevator issue, is that it will help a lot to also offer the option of taxi pick up and drop off to and from the airport with a fair rate price, this way, "we the visitors" to your country and establishment, will know that we are not getting ripped off and will appreciate you looking out for us."
