The front desk service is good, the facilities and equipment are complete. I arrived in the afternoon and tried the afternoon tea and late night porridge after 9 o'clock. The breakfast has spicy chicken and vegetable pancakes, and there are many good varieties. They also have brunch until 12:30. The front desk service attitude is good. When I left, I was given a cup of coffee, which can also be iced.

The room is fully equipped and the quality is evident in every detail. The service is impeccable. They are responsive to every request and help recommend local fun places. The hotel also provides free afternoon tea and a bowl of porridge late at night. It is really convenient to meet up with two friends to chat or talk about work. There is also a gym on the third floor, which satisfies my desire to go out and work. There is also a washing machine for clothes. It is so comfortable to stay here! There is actually the Southern Botanical Garden right outside the door, which is a great place for morning jogging or evening running! ! Highly recommended!

The hotel's facilities are good, but its software management needs improvement. My order included afternoon tea and brunch. The afternoon tea was a fly-eaten snack, with flies all over the open food, and no waiter. Brunch was essentially breakfast, served only after breakfast was too late. Similarly, the breakfast food was uncovered, and flies were everywhere. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was stern-faced, a rare sight in the hospitality industry. My order requested a non-smoking room, but I was given a room that reeked of cigarettes, which I had to change.

The laundry room is next to room 307. I was still doing laundry after 1am. I went to the front desk and they said they couldn't fix it. I had to sit in the lobby for nearly an hour before they fixed it. Some rooms on the third floor have windows facing the exhaust equipment, which is very noisy. It's best to ask in advance when you check in.

超棒的一次體驗！ 設施：酒店是去年新開的，所有設施都很新，很乾凈！裝修是現代都市風格，很在我的審美上。很乾凈解乏。還有免費洗衣房，健身房，設施很乾凈。整體裝修風格簡約時尚，細節之處盡顯品質。床品柔軟親膚，床墊軟硬適中，讓我一夜好眠。 服務：前台小於服務很熱情温柔，所有工作人員見到都會親切的打招呼，讓人心情美美，早餐就餐時服務也棒棒噠！哦 對了！早餐小麪也好吃，總體食材和味道很在線。 總體來説，性價比很高的酒店！希望對大家有幫助，也希望酒店再接再厲，越做越好～

這次住的酒店太超出預期了！從進門開始就很舒服，前台小於很熱情，還主動告訴特色小吃。房間特別乾淨，睡着特別踏實。衞生間乾濕分離做得好，洗漱用品也齊全。最驚喜的是隔音，晚上一點不吵，睡到自然醒。早上的早餐種類挺多，粥、包子、雞蛋都有，味道就是家常的感覺，有棗莊特色的辣子雞，吃得很舒服。退房的時候辦理手續也快，下次來這邊玩，肯定還選這家，性價比是真高，推薦給想住得省心又舒服的朋友！
