Everything was just perfect, great service great room. Hot spring is a plus around the skii resorts.

This place is simply the best! From the check in, to the rooms, the services, the products etc. The onsen experience was 10/10. There’s even free shuttle, free boot rental, table tennis etc. Will definitely come back!

The hotel was a bit old but still tidy and clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The indoor dining options were so-so. The outdoor onsen was a major plus.
