The hotel made corresponding explanations and took relevant cooling measures. Every time my friends come, I book the Hongta Hotel. I habitually book the Hongta Hotel. I don't like to comment. But the receptionist (male) last night, the call time (23:43) was very bad to the guests. This is not the service level and attitude that a landmark hotel should have. First of all, it hurts my face. This is the hotel I booked for my friends. Secondly, it hurts the image of the hotel. The tone is extremely bad. Once again, it hurts the landmark of Hongta. What do friends from other places think?

The hotel is a top-level landmark building in Yuxi City. Downstairs from the city center is Nie Er Park and Museum, and it is within walking distance to Xiaomiao Street. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room, facing Nie'er Park and the back mountain, which are two different experiences. The room is very clean overall, the bedding is comfortable, and it comes with 4 bottles of mineral water and fruits. The breakfast is rich, and the eel rice noodles and bridge rice noodles given during the National Day are also delicious. Overall, it is the first choice for accommodation in Yuxi.

The location is good, the environment is beautiful, and the transportation is convenient. Nie'er Park is right outside the window, and the night view is okay. The room was upgraded for free. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, with complete supplies and comfortable bedding. There were no toiletries for the children. The front desk explained that there were too many people during the National Day. Complete facilities, gym. The breakfast is rich in variety, and rice noodles are available from 11.00 to 21.00. Overall, it is a good review and I would recommend it.

It was a very satisfying accommodation experience. The beauties at the front desk, Xiaoxia, Xiaoyang, Xiaodong, and Xiaoqian, were very warm and considerate. Knowing that there were elderly people, they even helped us move up to a quieter room on a higher floor. The hotel is warm and comfortable, parking is convenient, and the location is great. The breakfast is also very good, including the special eel rice noodles. Will come again next time I have a chance!
