非常非常差的體驗 潮濕 有濃郁臭味 有蟲子 房間 床上 泡池都有可怕的蟲子！泡完澡後皮膚嚴重過敏不適！服務也差 各方面都不專業 和其他酒店比真的是拉低了雲南旅遊大省的水平！

衞生：衞生間反味嚴重，衞生間燈光太暗，院子裏到處是落葉，打開泡池還得自己清理裏面的枯枝樹葉
設施：一千多的房型，就衹有幾個酸橘子跟蘋果，除了飲用水是免費的其它飲品都要收費
環境：一般
服務：工作人員倒是熱情
早餐太單一就有一個米線，蒸蛋，蒸玉米，一個粥 ，跟一個西瓜就完了

房間還是蠻好的，房車很有特色，獨立的小院子，能泡温泉，離市區吃飯的地方開車二十分鐘左右，minibar是收費的

房間服務員態度很好，因為下雨去的晚了，從院子進房間地板被踩濕了，看着實在難受，讓她們幫忙拖幹了～就退房時前台因為我們帶娃了泡了澡給孩子收拾東西吹乾頭髮並且我們自己把弄亂的房間稍微整理打掃了一下，拖延了一二十分鐘左右的時間，等我去到前台退房時，前台服務員當著其他一些客人大聲斥責我們拖延了她們的時間，讓她們很難做，讓我瞬間覺得我花了一千多去那裡因為一點小事去給前台當孫子了！以後不會再去！全國各種酒店包括馬爾代夫的度假酒店都去過，沒遇到這麼爺爺氣重的前台服務！！！另外環境還可！

推薦理由：800+一晚的酒店如果你能接受，下午2點半以後辦入住，進去後泡池也沒打掃乾淨，叫服務員重新搞拖拖拉拉直到4點才弄清楚，基礎設施及配套就是類似100多的小旅館，服務員態度就像你差他錢一樣，房間裏有異味，不斷的推銷各種養生泡包，説好買一份又各種推銷一份不夠要多幾份才有用，各種隱形的消費，以上可以接受，那麼推薦你來。
