房間還是蠻好的，房車很有特色，獨立的小院子，能泡温泉，離市區吃飯的地方開車二十分鐘左右，minibar是收費的

房間和私湯都出乎意料的滿意，特別是還能偶遇下雨泡温泉真是太棒啦，周邊環境也很好，很適合全家出遊，老闆和工作人員都很熱情，有什麼問題都會及時解答和解決，推薦

垃圾垃圾。退房時候一直説找不到東西。 問我們把東西放哪裡了。 我們都告訴他們在窗簾下面。他説找不到。然後又説搖控找不到。叫我們自己去找。 好吧。我們又回去找。就在窗簾下面。搖控就在牀頭櫃哪裡。哪裡明顯的位置你説你找不到。給可以仔細一點。避雷啊各位。在説我要你們那些東西幹嘛。

房間服務員態度很好，因為下雨去的晚了，從院子進房間地板被踩濕了，看着實在難受，讓她們幫忙拖幹了～就退房時前台因為我們帶娃了泡了澡給孩子收拾東西吹乾頭髮並且我們自己把弄亂的房間稍微整理打掃了一下，拖延了一二十分鐘左右的時間，等我去到前台退房時，前台服務員當著其他一些客人大聲斥責我們拖延了她們的時間，讓她們很難做，讓我瞬間覺得我花了一千多去那裡因為一點小事去給前台當孫子了！以後不會再去！全國各種酒店包括馬爾代夫的度假酒店都去過，沒遇到這麼爺爺氣重的前台服務！！！另外環境還可！
