帶陽台的房間很小，且陽台推拉門的玻璃都是壞的，早餐咖啡機壞了也不貼個便簽條説一下，光看見咖啡豆不見咖啡機，害的我們好找，問了下麪條的阿姨，才知道咖啡機壞了。沒有電梯，大件行李衹能自己往上搬。

帶孩子去雲和梯田玩，酒店房間很大，離梯田很近，早餐還行，附近有幾家農家菜生意很好，味道也不錯。我們沒開車，步行過去12分鐘，一邊走一邊看看風景，雲霧繚繞的山，潺潺流水，風景很美。

這次和家人帶着小狗特地自駕來雲和看梯田，選了雲想家這家寵物友好酒店。酒店地理位置不錯，就在景區的遊客中心，周邊有幾家飯店，停車場很大。開車到雲和核心景區九曲雲和20分鐘車程。入住酒店前，酒店工作人員就加了微信，告知了來酒店的路線和解答了一些關於景點的事項。雖然酒店不是很新，但房間非常整潔乾淨，不得不説酒店前台吳樂燕和張小勸兩位美女服務特別好。入住當天看我父母年紀比較大又帶着狗狗就幫我們升級房間，住在更安靜的區域，而且還主動幫我提行李箱。酒店的早餐豐盛，味道也不錯，父母很滿意。買的酒店套餐券很划算，特別是稻生的咖啡很好喝，原鄉小館的餐食相比其它農家樂來説就一般了。離店的時候，發現父親的眼鏡遺留在房間，微信聯繫了她們，她們幫忙找到眼鏡還和伴手禮一起郵寄過來。這次入住非常滿意，下次來雲和還會住這家酒店！

1、服務特別好，辦理入住的姑娘很貼心，應該説有很好的親和力，諮詢問題非常耐心友好的迴應。
2、早飯很不錯，炒粉幹、煎餃、麪條都很好吃，水果也很新鮮。
3、風格是中式古鎮的風格，我住的房間後面有竹子和流水…開着窗會有點吵，關上門就好了。房間內部因為弄亂了所以沒拍照。
4、出發到雲和梯田看日出的九曲雲環開車約20分鐘。
