"The room was overpriced at 65 USD for a simple stay, though this could be due to the Chinese holidays and high demand. Realistically, such a place shouldn’t cost more than 20 USD. On the positive side, the hotel is newly renovated. The room looks good, the toilets are new (though not fully functional), and the showers were fine. However, I had to request towels, as they weren’t provided by default. Breakfast was decent, and the staff are clearly trying their best to be helpful and provide good service. That said, the place overall needs better maintenance, and the elevator should definitely be upgraded—it currently stops at every floor, which is inconvenient."

The view at the entrance is good, the proprietress is beautiful and interesting, Ding Dong is so cute, haha, and the private dishes are also delicious. However, the common problem of homestays is that the sound insulation is slightly worse. People with light sleep are better to bring earplugs. Another is that driving to the platform of the homestay is a bit of a test of skills. It is steep, but there are parking spaces below. It is also okay to park below and walk two steps up to the homestay. In general, if I hadn't arranged the itinerary in advance, I should be able to stay here for the entire 51, haha"

"Pros: The location is great, and you can order takeout. The front desk lady was also very friendly and polite. The hotel is new, and the facilities are all high-tech. Cons: The cleaning staff could use some improvement. The tables were a bit dusty, but the towels were neatly folded. Cons: The hallway soundproofing is poor. Starting at 6:58, the hallway was incredibly noisy. I couldn't tell if it was just new guests checking in or those getting up early for breakfast, but the noise was so strong I was forced to eavesdrop from my room. The door opened and closed countless times. Couldn't they be quieter so early in the morning? And why wouldn't they have to go inside and talk behind closed doors? Why would they have to keep opening and closing the door? From 6:58 to 7:30, I couldn't stand it anymore and ran away. Give up..."
