此次旅行在運城選擇該酒店的理由有2點:1.因為要連住四晚。之前選擇排名第一的諾富特酒店沒有連着四晚的房間；2是因為去年在長白山旅行，今年4月在張家界旅行都是住的希爾頓酒店，都感覺很好，因此基於以上兩點原因就繼續選擇該酒店。到酒店後給我免費升級套房我很意外，也很開心。可是有以下幾點讓我這次運城的住宿有些意見。第一晚房間空調問題，很熱，沒睡好，第二天反饋給修理了。第二，這幾天每次回酒店出酒店沒有見到過大堂前台工作人員的笑容，甚至上前詢問問題都沒有一個笑臉相迎。這個服務意識讓我很驚訝呀，不應該呀，反倒是樓層的清潔阿姨和餐廳的工作人員笑容很燦爛。這是我這次入住的體驗。

Location is good with many restaurants n eateries around. Hotel staffs are all helpful n service orientated. Will be good if sound proofing is installed.

來四次運城 三次都住了這裏 非常滿意 也推薦了朋友住 早餐好 出入方便 周邊吃飯的點也多

好不容易坐火車來到了運城，馬上就到酒店辦理了入住，雖然是晚上了但是很快就辦理完成了，房間也很不錯挺乾淨的，雖然外面沒什麼景色但是地理位置不錯，下次有機會再來！

細節方面很到位，居然有耳塞。 離店的時候還給了套盒和水。浴缸也有一次性浴袋。 房間小冰箱有飲料，水，茶x。總之細節滿滿。適合商務出差，家庭旅行。
