1、15號凌晨到的酒店 上去兩次 門卡不行 最後工作人員上去刷的工作卡開門 你們説門有問題 那你們的卡為啥能開？開門前還敲了兩次門 説了兩句:你好 服務員 你好服務員。大姐半夜1點，你鬧那樣啊？你給我的不是空房間？還是這房間有啥？加上我自己打不開，難道這門還有開門密碼:你好 服務員？後面自己也不好意思，説要不給我換到月子中心樓層，額…………不知道你們怎麼想的。最後第二天主動給我換了一間同樓層的
2、16號半夜停電，一晚上停兩次。第一次是半夜上洗手間 突然斷電了，最嚇人的是: 其他燈突然就關了 空調也停了 走廊的燈突然亮了 然後再是都暗了。走廊 電梯都沒法用，前台電話也沒人接。第二次是熱醒的，因為斷電。
3、你們解釋區域停電，那有提前告知麼？你們解釋門有問題，那為啥你們的卡能開，這個細想很嚇人的。如果你們的人在裏面拿東西 我刷不開門 下去找工作人員 你們是不是就有時間跑路？然後説區域停電攝像頭壞了？
4、其他就不説了，最差全季。一年出差200+天，住的酒店也不少了，衹能説我住你們酒店的時候點背。
