"I frequently travel to Yulin for business. I've stayed at Yulin Mansion, Yongchang International, Yushen, and Orange Crystal before, but I haven't found a hotel with a suitable location. This one opened and I thought the location was good, so I stayed here. To be honest, your hotel's overall facilities are okay, but there are also many problems. The advantages are that they respond quickly to requests, such as providing slippers and changing rooms. The breakfast selection is also quite good. However, the disadvantages are also obvious: 1. The outside noise is still very loud at night. Although the windows facing the street have double-glazed windows, the noise is still not blocked. So I changed to one side of the twin room, but that side of the window is old-fashioned and of poor quality. The soundproofing was poor; the echoes of car noises outside still significantly affected my sleep. Furthermore, the room itself wasn't soundproof; I could hear people passing by upstairs and in the hallway, as well as conversations and the sound of running water while washing up in the next room. It was unbearable. 2. The afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and airport transfers advertised online were never proactively contacted or inquired about. I didn't actually need them, but the lack of proactive service was concerning. 3. Room quality control was terrible. In room 516, the shower gel dispenser was empty! I pressed it many times without getting any out. When I took it out, it was empty, and they didn't even replace it. It's unrealistic for a guest to call for shower gel while naked. This is an objective review; I hope for improvement."

The building says Yulin Bus Station, and it's right next door; you can see the Fuzimiao from the back window. I've been to Yulin many times. Trip.com probably ranks it among the top ten high-end hotels in Yulin due to its service, making it suitable for families or tourists. It's not ideal for conferences or business trips. Finally, I have to praise their staff. Their corporate culture is very impressive; they're incredibly enthusiastic and hardworking. Their service attitude is so good it feels like they're trying to bless me! It's much better than the H hotels costing 100-200 RMB in Xi'an, though the hardware is still on par with H hotels. I must commend the staff: the young lady at the front desk, the guy serving late-night snacks, and the young man who ran around guiding parking. I saw him looking exhausted and finally taking a short break, sitting at the entrance and checking his phone for a few minutes last night; I even snapped a picture. If he were my own child, I'd feel quite sorry for him. If you're here for tourism and prioritize convenient transportation, this is the top choice nearby. It's in the city center and extremely convenient. However, if you're sensitive to noise and find the vicinity too bustling, it might be better to stay further away. One last time, I want to praise the staff again. They are very hardworking, dedicated, and invested in their jobs, even though I personally wiped down the toilet with an alcohol wipe as soon as I entered the room."
