本着對錦江集團的信任，一直入住錦江酒店，網上無意中翻到的，看過之後刷新了我的三觀，也刷新了對錦江集團的認知，錦江集團什麼人都能當店總？仗着有錦江集團撐腰，利用職務之便，感覺自己高人一等對下屬員工污言穢語辱罵，甚至還要動手打人？您是“錢多多”本尊嗎？您這個素質錦江集團領導怎麼看？作為領導，對員工連最起碼的尊重都沒有，別説員工沒有犯錯，沒有惹你，即使是犯錯了，也不至於遭到用污言穢語罵爹罵娘這個地步吧？一個人的能力再強，連最起碼的素養都沒有，對下屬員工連最起碼的尊重都沒有，那請問您是不是德不配位？何以服眾？
