Very good place ans lovely staff

Lake view, near downtown, clean but mattress is in bad condition. However, considering the location, it is great for the price.

First of all: The staff is extremely friendly. ⭐️ The breakfast was also very good and the breakfast times were excellent. ⭐️ The location is OK. This hotel does not have its own parking spaces. You have to park in the parking garage, which is incredibly expensive. The cleanliness of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. When we got to the room, we saw a dirty rag on the hairdryer in the bathroom. Next to it on the wall were indefinable stains. We informed reception and the nice employee came and cleaned the hairdryer and the wall. There was only a bed sheet on the mattress and no mattress protector/protective pad underneath. It is quite honestly disgusting. The floor looked like it had been vacuumed in a hurry. Camping feeling in the hotel in Almere!

The service and facilities definitely need to be improved.

Quiet environment, clean and sanitary service

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, everything was to our liking and clean!

The hotel is far from the train station, and the transportation is not particularly convenient. The environment is good, and there is a lake with beautiful scenery next to it. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the room hygiene is average. The key is that no one came to clean it for 3 days. This is unacceptable and cannot be said to be service.

The car, I have to pay an extra parking space. The floor of the room is dirty and dirty. The bed is separate and pushed for a double bed.
