I can't recommend Jacky's Guesthouse enough!!
The entire hotel team was fantastic, including their dog who served as our guide as we explored the village (yes, yes!!).
Jacky, his wife, and his team take great care of us. At their hotel, you can enjoy an excellent dinner in the very pleasant downstairs common room. Then, return to enjoy breakfast (a continental option for those who are homesick like us...).
Reading, working, or simply relaxing is entirely possible thanks to the perfectly furnished little corners of the lounge.
The highlight of our short stay was obviously discovering the rice fields. Jacky arranged a private 4-hour car tour for us to see the most impressive viewpoints of these terraced rice fields (for a price, once again, more than affordable).
I can highly recommend visiting them (Jacky speaks perfect English, and a few words of French, so be careful what you say haha...). 😉

Great place to stay for Rice Terraces. We stayed at Jackys Guesthouse last night. Had a great lunch and Jacky organized a driver for us to visit the various sites. Would definitely recommend this place😁
