房間可能是舊廠房改造，像迷宮，攜帶行李很不方便，我住的房間非常侷促，設備如圖，空調不工作，第一晚後告訴前台需要維修，第二天沒有任何維護，沒有任何改進，空調仍然不工作，但衞生間的壁掛暖氣卻是熱的，也沒辦法關閉，已經入住了嫌麻煩衹有忍了，早餐還不錯。

酒店位置很好，就在約克老城區城牆邊上，房間也很大，衞生不錯，早餐也挺豐盛。 就是離火車站稍有距離，走路大概10分鐘。

No air conditioning as broken but room was let out despite the property knowing ( as a fan was put in the room but no proper ventilation) was an extremely hot night

Double Tree Hilton - York excellent. Location fab everything within n walking distance, room plenty space for twin room and grand breakfast. Staff helpful - definitely recommend

Hotel is in a great location. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and had everything we required. The only downsides were the carpet was very stained and where the room was positioned, not in the main hotel, entered from outside, which would be good if you had a pet but it meant there was a lot of passing noise from other guests.
