Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the attic suite. It was amazing. Really clean, comfy beds. Loads of extras in the rooms like toiletry’s hair dryer etc.  Highly recommend this hotel

Lovely period hotel. When I arrived at the hotel no one was at reception which I found out was because poor Nadia was having to do everything. I had to come down later and inform her that I had parked my car in the car park (nb £14/day). The room was lovely big and clean. Do be aware though there is no lift and there are additional steps to get to the room and our room had 2 steps to get to the en-suite. The shower was massive.  There was no tea bags, and only 2 coffee pods with no explanation whether they were decaf or not. The tv remote would not switch the tv on or off. There were 2 bottles of water in the room but they needed to be paid for £2.50 each. For the price we paid for the hotel in advance too I feel we should have had more/better amenities in the room.

Hotel was stunning. Well decorated for the Christmas period. Staff were extremely helpful and positive. The room itself was very clean. Highly reccomend staying here.

Such a fun and beautiful hotel! Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished and was so quiet. Bed was quite comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. We were able to get street parking very close to the hotel. ~20 min walk to the start of the walls and the old city center. Very good value.

Great room

It was a good stay. The hotel did run out of hand wash and shower gel in the room. Upon asking for a refill I was told they ran out of hand wash but brought in 2 tiny shower gel tubes instead. The card on the bed was dirty and had blotted stains of what I think was food. Should have changed it as it was placed on the bed. The hotel itself is very beautiful though and we didn't have any other issues there.

A very beautiful building with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I stayed two nights and it was one of the best days and nights of my life.

Room is big and clean , breakfast is table served & quite nice. Walking to railway station is around 15mins , there is a bus stop outside the hotel to city centre and railway station which is quite convenient

We had a lovely stay here, the staff are super friendly and polite, the room was incredible, spacious and comfortable, would definitely stay here again

Comfortable but cutting corners on where it matters like no shower gel, having to pay for parking and a very small double room.

Good ~ clean! The staffs are nice ! Around 15-20mins straight road from railway station.
