客服服務很貼心，在酒店餐廳吃飯，知道小朋友生日又是送麪又是送菜飯的。管家也很好，要出門都會問需不需要叫車（酒店的接送車）

時隔一個月再次來到宜興，這次是邀請朋友倆口子來度個小假。又一次來到龍隱溪山，入住龍隱溪山別院酒店，還是被酒店的熱情周到細緻的服務感動到了。酒店的丁總提前一天就和我聯繫加了微信發了定位，到達停車場後接駁車把我們送到酒店，接駁車師傅主動幫我們把行李放到後備箱，熱情給我們介紹酒店的特色。我們到達的早了，丁總主動帶着我們去參觀了房間，開門見山、推窗見綠，有山有水的景色和遠處的東坡閣，遠山與近水的完美交融，讓人陶醉！丁總知道我們晚上訂了酒店餐廳的包間，中午衹想簡單的吃點，特別推薦了小鎮的特色小吃店，擔心我們路不熟還忙裡抽空把我們帶過去，介紹特色。酒店的前台還有幫忙拎行李的服務員笑容甜美，讓我們感受着美好！下次還要再來！
