服務態度很棒，房間孩子特別喜歡。度假村內很大，接駁車服務很迅速，服務都很值得表揚。飲食能更豐富選擇那就更棒啦！

曾經一年前去過一次，當初印象不錯。現在大吃一驚，短泊車時有時無，環境不多説了，請看下面的圖（沒有什麼親子項目，衹有一個沒人管的小童爬的設施）。到了晚上，沒有燈的，需要用手機點亮照路。如果年紀大了看不清枱階，摔一跤那自認倒黴。更不可思議的是，發現工作人員（應該是老闆）又是短泊車司機，又是前台，又是餐廳管理。。。
後來終於明白，這是一個七大姨八大媽都上陣的一個民宿（不是正規酒店）。
難道攜程不知道嗎？這麼多安全隱患就可以營業？（聽講是春節前十幾天開的，估計發票都沒有吧？攜程代開）。

這個價位，物超所值。住的是複式度假屋，上下兩層，一樓屋外就是湖，可以到湖邊，床在一樓，一張大床和一個高低鋪，一家四口剛好。浴缸很大很深，放水也很快。二樓有陽台，天氣好的時候曬曬太陽很舒服，還有晾衣架，如果能擺個桌凳就更好了。屋內設施齊全，有微波爐，冰箱，餐具，膠囊咖啡機提供，小朋友的東西也考慮的很周全，比如踩腳凳，馬桶圈。户外很空曠，小童樂園玩的很開心。還可以打籃球踢足球。如果天氣好，強烈推薦住這裏。美中不足的是住的是上下兩層樓的，開了空調後二樓和一樓温差很大。

酒店環境很好，羣山環繞，小童設施也多，非常適合帶娃，房間我也很喜歡，特別是是這個庭院，下午的天氣不冷不熱喝喝茶很舒服

本來帶着一家老小準備過來過生日，結果發現沒有餐飲，六點多到了，衹能去張渚鎮上隨便找個地方找個地方吃飯。好好的心情就崩了。入住水果也沒有。不管是平台還是酒店都沒有提前告知這個情況，有些室內小童玩樂設施也停了。晚上入住的，路上指示牌看不清，也看不到人，聯繫了前台，才找到停車和前台辦理處。唯一安慰的，就是定了三個房間，房間還不錯，適合3-6歲的小朋友，小閣樓可以睡的下一個娃，還有毛絨玩具，室外有個大的活動區，遛娃半天沒問題。前台也態度不錯。

風景不錯，空氣很好，客人不多，有免費的户外遊樂場，還有收費的室內小童活動項目。天氣多雲有時有雨，是比較舒服的天氣。總體感覺這邊的酒店管理和服務都很佛系，對客人都很温和、充滿善意，整體比較滿意。

房間可以，2米大床①上鋪，家庭四人正好，庭院還有個院子，度假村除了一個大蹦床沒有特別好玩的項目，動物很少很臭，山裡越野車10分鐘150元性價比不高…伙食乾淨口感也可以，但貴，周邊也沒有特別好吃的

服務幾乎沒有，環境一副蕭條的樣子，雜草叢生，我是600多入住的，所以就算過得去吧，但是我看節假日能漲到一兩千，這個酒店如果超過六七百的價格就屬於性價比極低的了，大可不必，大家去了就理解了，期望值不必高。
