這個評分絕對有水分，訂的房間在一樓，跟走迷宮一樣先上樓在下樓，繞來繞去才找到。被子潮濕，有很厚。當時入住很晚，心理落差挺大的，將就了下。十二點左右有旅客和他們吵起來了，估計是心理落差受不了。

酒店矗立在團氿南岸，與國家4A 級景區宜園相鄰，周邊生態環境優美，湖景靜謐，離塵不離市，是休閑度假的好去處。
客房寬敞，佈置温馨雅緻，均配備寬大的落地窗和窗邊沙發，還有PM2.5空氣凈化系統。盥洗室裝潢精美，使用大理石瓷磚和水晶燈飾。此外，酒店還設有室內泳池、小童樂園、健身房、棋牌室等豐富的康樂設施。
自助早、晚餐豐富，餐廳取餐區與用餐區獨立分開，裝潢古典與現代融合。早餐品種多非常好，下次還會來入住，也會推薦給朋友。

暑假就近選擇了宜興旅遊，城市不大，非常適合旅居，節奏不快，很寧靜，開元名都大品牌，所以選擇了入住，果然超出預期，酒店前面的湖邊可以散步，鍛鍊，早晚都有很多悠閑散步的人，空氣新鮮，環境優美，酒店一進去大堂是挑高的，富麗堂皇，小孩子玩起來很舒適，我們房間住的16樓，訂的湖景房，景觀無敵美麗，待在房間欣賞美景特別愜意，房間很寬敞，打掃的很乾凈，客房的服務員很熱情，看到我們帶小朋友，特意多給了一套小童的洗漱用品，小朋友住的特別滿意，一直説好，下次來宜興一定還要住這裏。
