This is a great hotel with a classy environment and a wonderful service.
The location is not in the center of Yixing, but it gives you the opportunity to be surrounded by forest, explore the bamboo grove and even go to a nearby temple. There is a little pond near the hotel.
The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities.
The hotel staff even helped me to buy souvenirs for my friend! I had dinner at the hotel once, and it was delicious!
If you want a relaxing environment and proximity to Yixing attractions, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

房間乾淨整潔，周邊都是竹林，這次和朋友一起出來遊玩的，體驗感很好，周邊旅遊交通很方便，離市區也很近的，酒店外圍風景非常漂亮，服務也很熱情

暑假帶着孩子來到了南嶽山莊酒店，環境沒的説而且空氣也很清新，周圍一大片竹林圍繞着酒店，給人感覺很舒服，酒店整體的入住感受也特別好，周邊景區很多，邊上就是南嶽禪寺、張公洞等景點，出遊很方便。👍👍👍

就是一個農家樂，住了2晚，基本沒有攜程的客人，都是各平台營銷來的3天2晚包吃住的，每天有2至3輛大巴，吃個早餐像搶一樣，雞蛋限一個，服務員衹有一個在下麪條，餐廳要麼沒椅子，要麼桌子上殘食沒人收。好多長者端個盤子無位置着落，餐廳矛盾激烈，爭吵不斷。房間一股刺鼻的煙味以至無法呼吸，37度的天開着空調煙味走不掉，換了房基本也是大同小異，畢竟酒店接待人羣是以消遣娛樂為主的。晚上卡拉OK9點後還在……，麻將室開在餐廳的走道邊上敞開的，問題招了這麼多遊客，接待能力有限啊？我買的是2個晚上，每天有一頓中或晚餐，聯繫前台説我衹能吃一頓，因為你預約了一次，要分兩次預約才能吃兩頓，奇葩的説法真是笑死我了，出一樣的錢，頁面上顯示預約成功了，怎麼還要賴我一頓飯呢？雖然最後幫我解決了，但雜亂無章啊！含餐的菜就是職工吃的菜，第一天就沒吃，第二天説是一樣的菜，那我住10天都是同樣的菜嗎，客服説我們職工就是這樣吃的。後來我要求炒一個豆腐燉個蛋應該不過份吧，忍忍就回家了。攜程標註4星，我才下的單。酒店位置偏，不自駕沒法出入，強烈不推薦。2天前用同樣價格住了沐心香村度假酒店，那是標4星達4星，該有的都有，服務也達標，我給了5星好評。這真是沒有比較就沒有傷害。攜程品控很重要。

三星的價格，五星的產品和服務。去年過來入住過，當時住的是老房間，這次過來，房間新裝修的，設施設備都是新的，感恩前台給我升級了房間，並問我有無其他需求。這次出差有個重要的商務洽談，客服人員給我贈送了水果和很多茶葉包，幫我泡好了茶，感恩感恩！中午喝完酒後，客服感知我需要午休，提前跟我説幫我安排延遲到下午五點退房，一點點小小的服務，讓我感覺很舒心，有家的歸屬感。
