房間設施很新，打掃得很乾凈。智能馬桶➕大浴缸（時間有點趕沒有用上，但是看着就讓人感覺放鬆）很贊！服務也很好，我們一到就送上免費的飲料。專門定了帶陽台的，感受了一下遠眺竹海的既視感。樓下即是老闆的主營業務-餐飲。我們吃了晚飯，加上住宿裏的早餐，吃了兩頓，都很滿意。量足味美。老闆和老闆娘都有很好，吃早餐的時候專門詢問我們的住宿體驗。我們事先跟老闆打招呼可能會因為遊竹海會晚點退房，老闆也欣然答應（雖然最終差不多按時退房）。最後説一句離竹海景區大門真的就100米的距離，去景區真的是超級方便。這次預訂匆忙，不過結果很好，非常滿意！
