房間衞生還可以，地面乾淨，但臨近竹林免不了有蟲子。謝經理服務很周到，前台人員態度一言難盡。酒店內餐廳味道不錯，分量也挺足。這幾天一直在下雨，沒能好好玩，以後有機會再來吧。

服務好，酒店比較寬敞舒適，離窯湖小鎮開車十幾分鍾，淋浴器應該更方便使用可改進。早上被割草聲叫醒，因山裡比較安靜，割草聲音尤為突出。

酒店環境好，青山環擁，綠竹成蔭，門口有兩個小湖，湖水清澈。有室外泳池，夏季來也不錯。晚餐在酒店點菜，味道不錯，份量很足。孩子們還體驗了挖筍活動，很開心。餐廳、前台、清潔阿姨待人熱情、服務周到，點贊。

酒店環境很好，有山有水有草地，酒店第一天我們燒烤相當不錯，第三天釣魚感覺也很好，我們釣到了馬口和鯽魚，很開心。早餐一般，第二天回酒店，房間的衞生間沒有處理，體驗感很差，但是通過溝通，酒店服務善後廷好的。當然了酒店價格也是高的。
