我和家人對酒店總體印象是：幾乎可以和日本高檔温泉類度假酒店媲美。
過小生日想找個距離上海不遠的目的地staycation，無意中找到“西岸凰川”，看中它的景觀和私密性好，後來略微搜尋了一下才知道是萬達耗費巨資建造。
酒店極其乾淨，園林綠化優美，房間寬敞，各個功能區設計合理，房間內用品從沐浴露到咖啡機，基本都是奢華大牌；特別值得一提的是酒店上下各部門員工（安保、前台、客房服務、餐廳、泳池）服務太到位了 - 做完預約就有24小時管家加微信，給到酒店附近吃喝玩樂行的各種訊息；不想早起用早餐，管家會根據要求合理打包，等睡醒後通知送到房間，連電車充電和拔插頭，安保員工都立刻趕到協助；特別感謝酒店精心做了房間內的生日佈置，贈送的蛋糕意外美味，胚胎鬆軟，水果甜但鮮奶不甜膩，我們竟然全部吃完了；入住期間可以免費騎酒店提供的自行車逛一圈看看竹林、茶園、小湖和小童樂園等；室外泳池特別贊，均等深度1.6米，游泳和玩水都輕鬆；
如果想來住的潛在客人，需要關注2點：1. 宜興當地餐飲水準普遍不高；2. 酒店的免費旅拍要儘早預約，否則很可能在自己需要的時間段，攝影師根本沒空；

酒店大氣奢華、房間寬敞舒適、適合一家人休閑放鬆度假旅遊、管家提前一天聯繫、提前詢問需求、路線，遊玩期間方便很多，酒店位置也比較好，隱祕安靜，是一家適合短暫避世、低調奢華的酒店，很適合靜心度假遊玩。酒店的服務也很貼心，管家會提前準備好水果小食、辦入住時，工作人員也立馬貼心的準備茶水飲料。還貼心的告知迷你吧的免費酒水，服務非常貼心。下次依然會帶家人朋友入住。

住到現在不管是硬件設施還是服務都是非常可圈可點的一家酒店，洗護有兩套是lelabo和diptyque，提供的礦泉水都是voss。管家服務也很貼心，基本都是秒回，有應必求。如果下次來宜興還是會選擇西岸凰川，可能也會為了這家酒店再來宜興。

環境沒得説，酒店等於包了個山頭，有點佔山為王的意思。房間也不錯，設施齊全。室外泳池，完全沒有遮擋，很雞肋，天熱太陽全天直射，完全沒辦法玩水，天冷也沒誰會去室外，居然沒有室內泳池🏊♀️。餐廳有點小貴，多推出點套餐更好。外面玩的項目不多，有待開發。
