The smell specially at the reception was not good at all other all are fine

The location of the hotel is quite good. 100m of some mall, few very good restaurants ( recommended the Turkish ones). 300m from the Yiwu International Market. People in the front disk poorly speak English but they do their best. One girl, Xiaoxiao her name. Excellent, always with a smile, helping with everything. Breakfast is ok, but not much choices for western taste. The most annoying thing. The elevators. Because, I understand, it's an office building too,  early in the morning and at 6pm. The elevators take ages. At those times, the hotel should have two elevators just for them. Can’t be, at 9am waiting 10minutes for the elevators.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The room is clean and of a good size. The service staff was prompt in helping out and assisting.

Clean room and friendly staff. Walking distance to yiwu trade centre. This two staff provide excellent service.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is located in a very central area, there is a mall at walking distance and it is very close to District 1 and 2.

Great location, near to Futian Market and shopping malls, cafes, restaurants and eateries. Great friendly service from reception and room service too! The biggest disappointment is I booked this hotel under the impression that they have a gym (it was listed under their amenities) only to find out that I need to pay 68 RMB to use it. It’s misleading. Should not list what does not belong to you, it is a private entity.

The matter of the air conditioner last time has also been solved by the hotel manager with an apology, and I checked in this hotel again today because the service is really good. Although there are more people in the comprehensive building, the location of the hotel is indeed very convenient, and I will also choose this hotel in the future.
