Friendly and commendable front office team, everyone on duty puts on a smile and greets us whenever we walked past the lobby. Very approachable and gentle staff! Love the smart voice controlled room. Nicely located with array of food options around and 1km walking distance to a mall. 前台服务很亲切 、很棒！

**酒店，客人根本就沒有人住，第二天還要扣錢，定的時候有標間到店裡變成衹有大床，跟平台協商酒店怎麼都不同意退款，遲早要倒閉

1.酒店新裝修的，有味道。
2.當晚入住以後房間很熱，開空調發現沒用，打電話給前台問什麼情況沒人接，一身汗睡了一晚，第二天我再打電話問的時候告知我酒店空調維修，用不了，我這個時候非常惱火，入住的時候沒有告知我空調已經壞了，不然我絕對不會入住，住個酒店還要找前台要電風扇真是挺搞笑。
3.房間地面角落裡有灰塵沒有清掃乾淨。
4.窗簾都沒有裝好，無法合攏，漏光。

房間打掃的很整潔，作為開業不久的酒店設施也很新，房間設施齊備，還有“小度”的智能服務，早餐的種類也特別多，特別推薦這個花甲，味道很好，酒店停車很方便，前台小姐姐的服務也十分熱情和專業，早上退房的時候還給我製作了咖啡☕，下次來義烏的話還會選擇這家酒店。
