衞生條件差，一股煙味黴味，雖説住的是四樓其實就一樓窗户就是擺設，你根本不敢開，都是蚊子，本身就是花園景房，浪費我的升房機制，所謂的升級房型就是她説了算，整個樓層最小的房間
