This hotel is great, so much space in the room. And the most of all, the location is near Ili terminal passenger. If you want to continue your trip to Almaty, Sayram Lake, Urumqi, Xinyuan, Nalati, and other cities by bus, this is definitely your hotel to stay. You just need 80-90 meters to walk from hotel to bus station.

前台服務態度非常差！！！明明兩點之後可以入住，前面的客人遲遲不走，沒有能力解決這個問題，還勸我退改房型，讓我等了一個多小時，態度惡劣，還沖顧客嚷嚷，自己沒有能力，就選擇損害顧客的利益，差評！！！
