Worst stay ever. The hotel has virtually no parking, only about ten spaces total, shared with nearby businesses. The shower didn't work that night, so I called for staff to clear it. They stepped on guests' towels, raising concerns about hygiene. The air conditioning controls are on the ceiling—a truly inappropriate design! The AC was so noisy it kept me awake. The bathroom mirror faced the bed, so those with sensitive skin should consider this carefully! How can this be considered a four-diamond hotel with such service and amenities?
