整體 感受還不錯，這家酒店無論是大堂還是去餐廳吃飯，服務都很好，很注重禮節，可以説是受寵若驚，這家酒店是那種一系列服務，從停車的時候保安就會指引到停車位，進了酒店又有小姑娘瑞瑞 幫忙提行李，帶到前台辦理房間，小姑娘可能以為我是外地的，還給我介紹周邊遊玩和吃飯的地方，很是細心，又有一位金伯玲在我準備出酒店的時候因為需要打車，他幫我打車到店門口，很感謝，最後工作結束，準備回家的時候，這個小姑娘還介紹了酒店特色禮盒這些，買了一些，幫忙郵寄回去了，售後服務真的很棒，幾個小姑娘也都很活潑可愛，真心覺得這家酒店很好，下次還要來這裏！

來到貴酒店與朋友用餐，與朋友喝的很盡興，喝的有點多了，就決定與愛人在酒店住下，便讓包間服務員田偉小夥子帶我去辦理入住，服務員很熱情的帶我去到前台，前台的葉欽小姑娘和金柏玲小姑娘非常熱情的幫我辦理了入住。給貴酒店工作人員點贊，服務很好，讓人很舒心，下次來用餐住宿還會選擇這，祝貴酒店事業蒸蒸日上

葉欽和金博玲服務非常專業和周到，每一個細節都能夠得到完美的處理，我特別喜歡他們的服務，讓我在旅途中感受到了無微不至的關懷和幫助，每一個人都笑容滿面，就比如在送我回房間的時候，葉欽接過我的行李，把我送進電梯，帶到房間，很體貼，也很熱情，過後發現水杯落在了前台，前台員工金博玲幫我送了上來，順便幫我仔細的介紹了一下房間的設施，非常的專業，但我覺得酒店的下午茶可以再提升一下，不太滿意，要到酒店一樓用下午茶，有點麻煩，而且種類也挺少的，就是咖啡和兩個小甜點，味道很一般，其他都很滿意！整體來説還是挺滿意酒店這兩位的服務！

前台接待效率很高！入住和退房手續陳經理都辦理的很快，節省了我們的時間，出酒店時又有金柏玲幫忙叫了出租車，沒有延誤出行，整體上整個酒店的服務都是一系列的，很好很好很好！

酒店服務很貼心，一進門就被温暖的環境所擁抱，前台蘇小梅進門就幫我提走行李，問好，服務熱情！辦理入住也很迅速專業，整個過程中都很愉悦，但是進房間後感到有點冷，打電話聯繫了酒店的人員後，也很及時的解決了問題，隨後還送了熱牛奶，感覺很貼心！吃早餐的時候大堂員工金博玲指引我到就餐地方，還説這邊拉麪很有特色，果然很不錯，在銀川能體驗到這麼好的服務真的很難得，很記憶深刻，最後也謝謝這兩位 蘇小梅金柏林的幫助和服務，真是令人愉快！

比較滿意，環境也很優雅，整體酒店的佈置大氣簡潔，設施一流，在入住的時候接到酒店人員金博玲的電話，很貼心的問了一些需求，在隨後入住後更是提供了很貼心的服務，比如提着行李送到房間，還有送熱牛奶，在知道我女朋友生理期難受，還帶來了自己的暖貼和紅糖，非常謝謝，我在旅行中住過這麼多酒店，這家酒店的服務讓我很是感到驚喜，感謝酒店金博玲 周瑞等人的服務，謝謝！
