前台服務差，不專業，每次往房間打電話，打通不説話。打到前台，接電話也沒有一個準確的流程，客人説完，前台猛一下就給電話掛斷，真不知道就這種流程怎麼上崗的，還有房間隔音效果太差，幾乎沒見過這麼差的隔音，上一個樓層發出的聲音我下邊聽的清清楚楚的，還要別人在上邊洗澡還是幹啥的，我房間浴室聽的清清楚楚的
