有一次性杯子梳子牙刷、尤其讚的是洗漱用品都是一次性的、洗漱用品感覺不錯、入住時讓服務員安排一間光線好的、無線和電視也很好用、電視畫質也比較清晰、空調電視也好用，服務熱情周到，前台接待服務態度很好，很親切，服務很細緻，打掃房間的阿姨很熱心

不得不説，這家酒店的衞生和服務真的沒話説！每天打掃房間的工作人員都很認真，不僅會更換用過的床品和毛巾，還會把房間裏的物品擺放整齊，地面也拖得乾乾淨淨，甚至連桌面的灰塵都會仔細擦拭。前台工作人員也很專業，有任何疑問都能得到詳細的解答，還會主動提醒我們退房時間和注意事項，特別貼心周到。

床品柔軟舒適，就像睡在雲朵上，一夜好眠。衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質上乘，細節超到位。酒店位置超讚，樓下就是地鐵站，周邊美食街、商場環繞，出行和吃喝玩樂都超方便。工作人員熱情貼心，辦理入住時主動幫忙提行李，還給出遊玩建議。下次旅行，我還選這兒！

位置：市中心交通便利，出行方便。環境：寬敞明亮，乾淨。服務：服務很好，各種問題都能很好的解決，前台服務員工作細心，有禮貌，會主動問候，一直都笑眯眯的，感覺很親切，超讚的。房間有免費礦泉水，無線網，房間住起來很舒服，床很軟，睡眠質量很好。

住過這麼多酒店，這家公寓酒店絕對能排前列。房間打掃得一塵不染，設施新且齊全，廚房用具一應俱全。工作人員熱情周到，有求必應，像在家一樣自在，下次還來。

設施：很舊的，説是1.3米的床，衹有我1.2米。房間的水龍頭一直滴水，晚上很吵。床頭燈一直閃。
衞生：不乾淨，被子枕頭都有污漬。
環境：不乾淨，房間很擠。裏面的沙發都不敢坐，不知道上面有什麼污漬，一大灘。房間很多東西都收費。有按金。
服務：不好，前台説話讓人很不舒服，我晚上12點問的停車怎麼收費，沒回復我，第二天説停車自己交費，説我沒問他這個問題。
