房間很大，整潔乾淨，在小區裏面，很好找。周圍店鋪多，吃飯非常方便。離鎮北堡西北影視城不遠，走路可以到。

民宿條件很好，類似酒店，去演藝小鎮玩很方便，不過晚上十點前可是很吵。房東很熱情幫忙指點許多事，幫着叫車等等。小鎮還是太小了，除了影視城，演出，沒別的娛樂。如果時間短，沒必要住那裡，離市區太遠不方便。
