Yu Peng Villa was our first and BEST accommodation on this Yilan-Taroko-SML-Alishan road trip. We arrived much later than expected and were relieved that our message to Trip.com got through to the guesthouse. When we drove up to the place (an easy find with GPS), a member of the staff walked up to our car and guided us to the drop off point. I love the designer vibes of the property which is well maintained with a sizeable garden and plenty of flowers in bloom. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The showers worked and there was hot water. The western-style breakfast was generous in portion and delicious. Best of all was the hospitality extended to us. It was the only place where we felt truly welcomed on this 8-day trip. The staff here chatted with us, gave advice on places of interest and sent us off with fruit from the orchard. After the great experience here, all the other places we stayed at pale drastically in comparison. If you're planning to visit the Kavalan Distillery, this place is a great stayover option! Truly a slice of paradise.

Located on Erjie Road, a bit remote location. The houses are several very special exposed concrete buildings with spacious and comfortable rooms. There is a large garden, and next to it there is an orchard where I don't know whether it is jujube or orange. Breakfast is a Western meal for one person, including thick soup, salad and a cup of American coffee with a unique flavor. The staple food is also delicious.

Quiet and smoke-free environment, the indoor space is large, it is very comfortable and relaxing to live in, but it is inconvenient without indoor mopping, the lighting is great, it will be more beautiful with some greenery ❤️

The environment is quiet, the park and buildings are very design-oriented, the park is rich in plants, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is rich. However, sometimes there is not enough hot water, so you need to wait.

Great hotel. I highly recommend everyone to stay when visiting Yilan. The environment is quiet, the housekeeper service is great, the hotel dog is super cute, the breakfast is delicious, a good place to relax, and a great place to stay.

What a special experience. The place is far away and not close to the city. You have to drive there, otherwise it will be difficult to get there! The choice of being close to nature, the air is fresh and the house is spacious!
