Worst hotel staff I have ever met in the world and the poorest service from Trip.com. Terrible experience due to her ignorance of checking- in process. I had booked 2 nights through Trip.com and I showed up on the second day due to the flight cancellation. She rejected my check-in because I did not inform my late check-in. It took 3 hours for me to check in only after I paid for a night's stay there. I will never forget this hotel and the terrible staff I met there. I am very sorry for the Trip.com about the lack of help then even though I called them many times. they were simply helpless. I want Trip.com to pay me back the fee I double paid.

Hotel management is usually playing on their phones on the back room hiding from doing their jobs. I hope the Ball family knows how their investment is being handled.
