We booked 3 rooms forv6 pax. I am very pleased with the rooms and service. Breakfast was good and varieties. Unfortunately, on the 6th day, I found a medium fly or bee in the vegetables. I showed to the staff serving foid but no response from them. I was quite pleased when I entered the hotel. Unfortunately, I had lots of trauma with 4 cats jumping and appearing suddenly running across everywhere. One cat even keeps meowing at the door at night until I have to call the reception to take it away. They should cage the cat or house them far fro. The front rather than let them run wild causing traumatic experience. I would not want to stay at Sandalwood in future.

If you’re staying in Lembang, you should stay here. Beautiful little hotel, great staff, comfortable clean rooms, and great location. 10/10

I stayed 2 nights in Family royal suite room. The environment inside the hotel is very comfortable, there are lots of sofas/benches/chairs where we can gather or just enjoy the atmosphere Breakfast is quite adequate, unfortunately for 2 days, the menu does not change. Unfortunately the hotel room was not clean, the carpet still had dirt on it, the towels smelled a bit too. The most disappointing thing is that hot water sometimes turns on and sometimes doesn't, even though the hotel is located on a plateau, where the weather is quite cold.

Bring 3 families (6 adults 4 small children) *************, everyone is happy ️♥️, the hotel is nice & clean, the swimming pool is ok, the children like it, the service is good, the trees are shady & very beautiful. InshaaAllah when we go to Lembang again we will definitely stay at Sandalwood , Love it so much Thank you Sandalwood ️♥️

When staying there, the electricity often goes down, so it keeps turning off and on

This is our 2nd visit, previously we came as a couple, now we are back with our children and family. We are comfortable staying here, because it is close to the center of Lembang city, and there are many places to eat and entertainment. Close to Cikole Area, and the air is very cool to be able to walk in the morning around the hotel area. It turns out that behind the hotel there is also a golf course with a very nice view and cold air when it starts in the morning. The hotel is unique, has a different theme for each room, although there was a mistake in the room when checking in, but the staff were very helpful and fixed it well. Thank you! The breakfast is very plentiful, and I never get bored staying here.

This hotel is beyond my expectation. Its so unique, so homy and very comfortable place for staying with family. They have a larga garden with many pine trees as you feel like living inside the forest. Though the location is bit far from center of the city, but all services were so good. Food was nice and I really love the ambiance of this hotel. So beautiful. I hope I can stay here again someday

It is my second time to stay at Sandlewood. Compared with my last visit, the backyard becomes the building now. The thing not changed is I can still find the old fashioned cars parked there and the backyard gate is still there. The lobby is still maintained well with European decoration. "Feels like home" becomes the slogan in Sandlewood now. The designated mug in each room is available now and staffs are friendly and professionally to serve you all the time still. You can really relax yourself with friends or families here on weekends or holidays in Lembang. The only thing is since the rooms are not many, booking earlier is highly recommended.
